Cooking Classes at the Urban Element will be offered this fall at 424 Parkdale Avenue in Ottawa, Ontario. The Urban Element offers a variety of dynamic hands-on and demonstration style cooking and wine classes each month, available to the general public and taught by the city's leading chefs and culinary experts. All classes highlight organic, local and regional produce and change every four months with the seasons. The First Annual Whine, Dine and Silent Auction will be held September 27 at Le Kaprice in Kapuskasing, Ontario. Ontario Wine Guy Enterprises and Animal Rescue of Kapuskasing are joining forces to help raise money for the animals of the Kapuskasing area who have been abused and mistreated.
